About American Graphene
Building from the carbon atom upward.
American Graphene is an advanced-materials company focused on developing a domestic production capability for pristine single-layer graphene sheets. We combine carbon materials research, process engineering, artificial intelligence, automation, visualization, and advanced manufacturing around one objective: build a controlled and repeatable carbon-to-graphene production platform.
Our Origin
Since 2022, The Forever Company has used artificial intelligence to accelerate the research and design work surrounding American Graphene. That work has included materials research, process modeling, system architecture, technical specifications, software, telemetry, knowledge governance, digital-twin design, and long-range device research.
Rather than waiting for the entire industrial thesis to be externally funded, The Forever Company established an AI Factory to commercialize AI-native applications across multiple industries. That operating model is designed to support the continued development of American Graphene while the materials program advances through technical validation.
Our Vision
We believe carbon can move from environmental liability to strategic material input—and that graphene may become a foundational material for future thermal, energy, electronic, photonic, plasmonic, and computing systems. The complete vision is carbon-to-compute. The practical path is staged:
- 01Materials first — establish pristine single-layer graphene production.
- 02Process second — prove repeatability, metrology, safety, energy use, and economics.
- 03Compute third — advance graphene-integrated devices only after the materials foundation is credible.
Our Approach
American Graphene is not attempting to skip directly to a graphene processor. We are building the prerequisite industrial capability. Our approach combines:
- A proprietary carbon-to-graphene production architecture
- AI-native research and process intelligence
- Structured independent validation
- Evidence-based materials qualification
- Domestic engineering and manufacturing development
- Long-range device and computing research through Lattice Lab
Core Principles
Precision
Material claims must be measurable.
Evidence
Research, simulation, and production claims remain distinct.
Stewardship
Carbon, energy, data, and capital are managed with long-term responsibility.
American Industry
Domestic capability requires technical depth, operating discipline, and durable teams.
Earned Progress
Each stage must establish the evidence required for the next.
Current Stage
American Graphene has developed the Micro-POD system architecture, technical specifications, AI-management framework, production-data structure, research platform, and broader carbon-to-materials knowledge system.
The next stage is technical and experimental validation. This includes independent review, subsystem testing, metrology planning, process-risk analysis, pilot-program design, safety architecture, and manufacturing economics.
